A walk through one of my favorite places in San Diego, Eastlake was the setting for tonight's post. I was skeptical about grabbing this organza top from Missguided, but I knew exactly how I would wear it. It's beyond perfect for my upcoming vacation to paradise (Hawaii), and the lucite heels aren't bad either, huh?

Estaba un poco preocupada como iba a usar este top de Missguided, pero recibiendolo sabia exactamente mi respuesta. Esta perfecto para mis vacaciones a Hawaii en un mes, y las zapatillas no están tan mal tampoco, verdad?

Yesterday I spent half of my day with Alex, giving him a small tour of Otay Ranch while also snapping a few pictures. The peacefulness and family ambiance was enough to convince him that that's the place I want to settle down in the next few years and start a family. I am extremely lucky that I have a husband that supports everything I want, and every dream I have has so far come true. Before getting too sappy, I also want to say that I am also very fortunate to have worked with the gals at Missguided because they sent me the greatest care package in the entire world! Platforms, organza, cut-outs, I got it all, and this is what makes what I do even more fun! This look was originally intended to be taken elsewhere, but I will save that for a later post!

Ayer pase el medio de mi dia con Alex, dandole la gran gira del area de Otay Ranch mientras tomamos la oportunidad de tambien tomar unas fotos. El ambiente familiar y relajado fue lo suficiente para convencerlo de que ahi es el lugar apropiado para vivir y empezar nuestra familia (suena raro, no?). Soy la mujer mas bendecida del mundo por tener un esposo que me apoya en todo, y a hecho cada sueño que e tenido (hasta ahora) realidad. Pero antes de ponerme a llorar y ser un poco dramatica, tambien tengo que decir que fui muy afortunada de poder haber trabajado con las nenas de Missguided porque me mandaron unas cositas super hermosas! Vestidos, plataformas, y crop tops- recibi de todo! Adoro lo que hago!

I was approached by the wonderful people at eShakti.com to pick a crop top and skirt set of my liking to review, and I was stunned to find out just how different this brand is. You go to their website, choose whatever you'd like to purchase (anywhere from dresses, tops, pants, skirts), and here's the coolest part: they actually TAILOR the clothing you pick to be made to your size! Since they are made to order, I was even more in love! This is perfect for those occasions where you might need something quickly or cannot find in stores- it's literally like having your personal fairy godmother making everything you want, whenever you want it! How cool is that?!

In case you haven't noticed, I am a huge fan of the color mint- I have plenty of clothing pieces in that shade. It is the perfect representation of summer, and nothing makes me feel more in season than combining it with a really great pair of denim and a pair of stunning shoes. I am currently in Calexico, where I am joining my husband on a relaxing weekend before heading back to San Diego tomorrow. Sundays always suck, but I have the opportunity to go back to Arizona for a brief visit beginning Thursday night. Never thought I'd say I'm glad to be heading back to the desert!
