Where can I begin? Since I was last here, Alex came for the weekend, which consisted of lounging around for two minutes, visiting a pumpkin patch, family, and a great time with friends at dinner on Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. Yesterday, I turned 26. It's even daunting saying that- I can't really believe it. Yes, I may have officially lost my health insurance, and almost my sanity, but I have to say that I (think) I am starting to embrace my late 20s. Crazy, right? I wonder when the kids are coming. *cough cough*

This has to be a quick post because I have been so exhausted from the weekend, still. Last night some co-workers took me out to dinner after also surprising me at work with pizza and cake. It was truly a memorable day. I also have to get a few things ready for tomorrow, since I am attending the Topshop | Topman preview event from 5-8pm at Fashion Valley! It has been a long time coming! En donde empiezo? Desde que escribí aqui, Alex vino el fin de semana, que consistió de relajarnos por dos minutos, llevar a los hermanos a agarrar unas calabazas para Halloween, visitar familia, y reír con amigos el Sábado por la noche para festejar mi cumpleaños! Ayer cumpli 26 años, que hasta me cuesta decir todavia. Pero en serio creo que ya estoy empezando a recibir mis últimos años de mis 20 con brazos abiertos. Algo loco, no? Aver cuando vienen por fin los chiquitines (ahem)! 

Esta entrada tiene que ser corta porque todavia no me recupero del fin de semana. Ayer tambien me sacaron a comer amigos del trabajo después de haberme sorprendido con pizza y un pastel super riquísimo. Era un dia inolvidable. Ahora si me voy porque tengo que alistar unas cosas para mañana, ya que asistiré un evento de Topshop en Fashion Valley por su inauguración el Jueves! Asi que sigueme en Instagram para que no te pierdas de eso!

Although I am still not in  my right mind just yet, I am back and settled into regular life after Hawaii. It was a crazy morning- after waking up late and wobbling into work (more on that story in my vacation post!), I finally got the chance to go to Starbucks for a Passion Tea Lemonade, which I ordered every single day I was there. Stay tuned for that post (I am hoping) this weekend! Can't wait to share photos of a place so dear to my heart.

On another note, this post is a little collaboration with American Eagle Outfitters, in which I am sporting a different way to wear Joggers! It isn't nearly close enough to being cool here in the west coast, so this complete ensemble can probably wait just a bit longer to be re-worn. If taken apart, you can definitely wear the joggers and tank with a simple pair of sneakers for a great day lounging around, tying the denim button-up around your waist just in case it gets cooler, or throw on this amazing two-tone jacket over a great little LBD and booties to take on the night. Either way, I promise you'll look your very best!
